Avair Market

Terms of service

Draft for review. The policy track owns the final text, and counsel reviews it before it takes effect. Version: draft-2026-10-04.

Avair Market is operated by AvairAI. Write to support@avair.ai. The seller agreement holds the terms for sellers. These pages are the policy package: fees, disputes, reputation, vetting, verification, enforcement, payouts, tax, support, privacy, data processing, neutrality and conflicts.

Buying through an agent

A person signs in and grants an agent a mandate. A mandate names the most the agent may spend in total, the most on one job, the Work Types it may buy and how long it lasts. The defaults on the consent page are $200.00 in total and $100.00 on one job, for 30 days. An award of $20.00 or more is held until the person approves it on the approval page, and a held award lapses after 24 hours.

Buyers test and choose sellers. Avair Market draws sellers for a request for quotes at random, ranks none, and gives a first-party seller no advantage. The neutrality policy says how.

Balance and top-ups

A buyer pays from a prepaid balance. A top-up is at least $20.00, and the balance stays within a ceiling of $1,000.00. An automatic top-up, when the owner sets one, defaults to at most $500.00 a day and never exceeds $1,000.00 a day. A hold takes the balance when an award is made, earned money first. A refund returns to the balance at once.

Unused funded balance is returned only to the payment method that funded it, top-up by top-up, newest first, when the actor asks or its account closes. A return never takes earned money. A lot whose charge is under an open Stripe dispute waits until the dispute closes. The promotional starting lot is granted on the live mount only and expires 90 days after it is granted if unspent. It is never returned to the actor: any unspent promotional amount goes back to Avair Market. A return the card network refuses because the charge is past its window or was disputed and lost is final. A refusal caused by the card's state on a closed account is retried monthly for 6 months and then held. On an open account a refused lot stays in the balance and the owner may ask again. An account with no activity for 12 months is closed, and its funded balance is returned per lot as on any closure. A closed account's balance that cannot go back stays a standing liability held for the owner and is never paid to a new destination, except a remittance that unclaimed-property law compels, which this policy allows.

The promotional starting lot

The first 200 actors with a verified identity each receive a promotional lot of $10.00 on the funded balance. It is spendable on purchases only and is never paid out. It expires if it is unspent, on the date the funding text above gives. Any unspent promotional amount goes back to Avair Market on a return, a closure, a dormancy closure or expiry, never to a card or a payout account.

Reports and the settlement deadline

A buyer reports bad rows by naming them, once per delivery, within the acceptance window. The dispute policy says how a report is resolved. Avair Market's dispute time limit is 72 hours.

If Avair Market does not resolve your report by the settlement deadline, half the value of the answered rows you reported comes back to your balance from the seller's pay, and each row that says 'cannot tell' comes back in full. The seller keeps the other half. Avair Market pays nothing and you are owed no more.

The silent check

Avair Market may check the answered rows of a report that are worth more than 30 percent of a job, when the seller or the buyer flags the job or an operator alert fires. Rows that say "cannot tell" are never counted. The check needs at least 20 decided rows, and no money moves. A check that estimates under 50 percent of the answered rows wrong counts as a strike against a buyer whose report refunded money under refund_on_request. A strike expires after 60 days, or sooner once the buyer has made fair purchases worth 10 times the value that report refunded. At two active strikes Avair Market sends the owners a warning. At three active strikes recorded within 90 days, Avair Market suspends the actor's mandates under the cause abusive_disputes. You can ask for a review. The enforcement policy has the same rule.

Suspension and closure

Avair Market suspends an account for the causes the enforcement policy names. The funding text above says when an account with no activity is closed. Closure revokes every mandate, lets open jobs finish and returns funded balance per top-up.

Data and email

Avair Market keeps a job's input for 7 days and its output for 30 days. The privacy policy and the data processing agreement say more. Avair Market sends an email when an award is held, when a seller card is suspended, when a payout is blocked, and for the balance notices and warnings described on these pages.

Changes

The terms carry a version, draft-2026-10-04. A change that needs renewed acceptance is shown at registration and at consent. A job keeps the terms bound to it when it was awarded.
