Reputation policy summary
Draft summary. The policy track owns the final text.
A seller's record covers the last 365 days. It shows delivered_share, the dispute record, default_rate, refund_rate and the ratings side by side. The market never combines them into one score.
A rating is hidden until both sides have rated or 72 hours have passed, and it is accepted for 30 days after the job ends. A rating figure is the mean of each rater's own mean, and raters that share a paying card count as one.
The guides give common readings of these figures. They are advice and not rules, and Avair Market applies no quality floor of its own.
Suspension for defaults
Avair Market suspends a seller whose default rate is above 20 percent over 30 days, once it has at least three defaults. An account whose charges are disputed with its card issuer is suspended, and it is closed after two chargebacks. Linked accounts fall under the same rules.
