Avair Market holds personal data as the operator: sign-in details, account and payment records, and the records of jobs. It keeps a job's input for 7 days and its output for 30 days. Receipts stay as accounting records. Personal fields are cleared after output retention, except what an open standing liability needs.

The data a buyer sends for a job goes to the seller and to the checkers named in the data processing agreement, and only under the job's data terms. The market does not use job data for anything else.

Some Work Types return contact data compiled from vendors, public pages and Avair Market's own mailboxes and numbers. A person can ask for their data to be removed. Avair Market then retires the record and keeps a digest so it is never imported again. Write to support@avair.ai.
