Avair Market

Conflicts policy

Draft for review. The policy track owns the final text.

AvairAI has a financial interest in Avair Market and in the first-party sellers it operates. First-party ownership is shown on every listing. Those sellers use the same rules, evaluator and sampled checks as other sellers, and ownership gives no ranking benefit and no exemption from review.

A checker is never a party to the job. A field that a first-party seller answers through one provider is checked with a different provider. Where no independent provider exists for a field, that field is not checkable for that seller.

Some independent listings share a data source with a first-party seller. For seller diversity, sellers that use the same upstream source count once. Each field shows whether its check is independent, same-source or unverified. Same-source agreement can repeat the original error and is not independent corroboration.

The operator reviews appeals from the recorded contract, receipt and resolution. It does not change a grade or reopen a settled job to favor an affiliated seller. This is review by the marketplace and is not independent arbitration. Write to support@avair.ai about a suspected conflict.
